The final deliverables, engineering parameters, and project costs are governed solely by signed bilateral agreements between ISIPL and its clients.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Kolkata, West Bengal, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The court of competent jurisdiction in Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Effective Date” of these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.
